T.S.Murali, an Engineering Graduate and MBA in Finance brings nearly three decades of project management experience. He has held senior positions in leading organizations like L&T, Voltas, Gmmco-CAT and HDFC. He is also qualified as Six Sigma Master Black Belt from Caterpillar University. He has managed a wide range of projects across multiple locations in India. He has passion for delivering classy contemporary housing projects and high quality industrial construction projects. He has multi – disciplinary expertise and has worked with international customers in the US, Europe and Asia Pacific Markets to deliver challenging projects to Fortune 500 clients.

C.M.Rajinikanth brings in rich project management experience in Handling Terminal project at Chennai Airport. He brings in the rich on field construction expertise from his family members who are well known Builders in the Industry. He brings to Four Square the value of intimate understanding of the construction industry and finishing the projects to very high standards.

R.T.Kumar is an Engineer in Electrical and Electronics having vast experience around 27+ years in Electrical switch gears, transmission lines, Project and Operation & maintenance management in various leading companies. During this tenure he handled projects in infrastructure, telecom and electrical LT. He has qualified for Active member in PMI, USA and received the certification of PMP.

R.Partheeban is a Mechanical Engineer with MBA (Operations & Global Business) having 25+ years of experience in Fabrication of structural, Material Planning, Scheduling and structural design in various industries. He has qualified as quality auditor from LRQA and audited various departments.

Arul M.G. Ajin is a Master in Environmental Engineering having multiple years of experience in Design of Residence, commercial and Environmental projects such as 8.65 MLD Mettupalayam sewage treatment plant for TWARD Board, Upgradation of Pallavaram PTIETC CETP and dilution project for TDS management, upgradation of Common effluent treatment plant and implementation of secured land fill at JK, Lassipora

Santosh Kumar Sahoo is a Master in Business Administration in Finance. He has Capable of maintaining all the Financial Activity like GST Return File, all financial transaction, all Site Accounting. Also supporting and handling annual finance audit.
Apart from the above senior management of Four Square Constructions we have fifteen plus engineers having cumulative experience of 75 years and handling multiple projects in all type of residential, commercial and industrial constructions.
